Sea Country Village is a homeowners association in the City of Carson, California made up of 162 single family homes.  It is located in the heart of the South Bay area of Los Angeles County near beach cities to the south and west and close to the heart of the largest populated county in the United States of America.  Amenities include a friendly, safe, gated community with a wonderful park located in the center of our beautiful community for special neighborhood events throughout the year.

Sea Country Village is a beautiful neighborhood with many community-minded people.  The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is proudly and professionally managed.  The membership is guided by their governing documents, rules & regulations, and the aspiring Pearls of Wisdom.  Our residents include people from virtually every walk of life and from around the world, including professionals and retirees, as well as the young, young-at-heart and respected elders.  Sea Country Village is a special place because of our wonderful residents.
